Certification Process for Nannies

1. The applicant will be asked to fill out a detailed application.
2. One of our highly trained placement coordinators will conduct an in-depth interview with the candidate to get a deeper understanding of her past work experience related to child-care.
3. We will thoroughly screen references. Focus will be on quality of child-care, character and reliability.
4. Once this is all complete, and the information obtained indicates a highly qualified candidate, she is certified to accept interviews and job offers.
