Fees

Our placement fee is 10% of one year’s gross salary. This is based on a minimum of 15 hours/week. Summer placements are a flat $525 fee. Included in our fee is a 3-month replacement period (3 weeks for summer nannies), CPR & 1st aid training, and a DMV, Social Security and criminal background check. The replacement period guarantees you that if you fire your nanny or she leaves the job for any reason during that period of time, we will replace her without an additional placement fee. The fee is payable when the offer is accepted and the background check comes back clear.  Payment may be made by check, MasterCard or Visa..
